ESU 10 Request For Proposal

High Speed Connectivity to GNENC Backbone

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is in response to Educational Service Unit 10 (ESU 10) telecommunication and Internet access needs. It contains specific requirements to be met by the vendor's proposed solution. The objective of this request is to generate provider transport and Internet access service solutions for ESU 10 and member schools to access the Greater Nebraska Educational Network Consortium (GNENC) backbone and Network Nebraska's network and Internet Access.

This system will provide the ESU 10 school districts with the necessary connectivity to a GNENC aggregation point.

Time-scales for vendor selection are aggressive, with the implementation of services beginning on July 1, 2008 and completed no later than August 1, 2008.

The closing date for receipt of proposals is: 4:30 P.M. CST January 4, 2008.

Section 3. Other ESU 10 Area Schools - Other Transport Services
