How do I get rid of the "Comment on this Page" link?

To get rid of this link, you must be a managing editor. Once you are a managing editor, log in to the site and choose 'Prefs'. Under 'Prefs', choose 'Membership'. You will see two options under the "Discussion Groups" label that are turned on by default. They are "Is the discussion group open to all members?" and "Can everybody read discussion group messages?". Set these to 'No' and 'Submit' your changes.
