Internet Service and Network Support

Nate Helpdesk Photo: ESU 10 delivers Internet access to 50,000 students and manages over 12,000 faculty/staff email accounts for schools in central and southwestern Nebraska. In addition, we also offer technical support, equipment repair, and network design/management. Helpdesk and emergency support are available 24/7 and over 13,000 trouble tickets have been logged in the ticket-tracking database Odie.

ESU 10's highly trained technology staff can assist with wiring issues, advise on matters of networking, hardware and software procurement and help with service issues related to network management. In addition, ESU 10 has the expertise to provide the technical training to help you and your staff meet the demanding needs of a technology-enriched educational environment. Services available include, but are not limited to: Internet access and filtering; helpdesk via e-mail, phone, and the web; network security; technology planning and consulting; and hardware/software installation and configuration.
