Today is Friday, May 16, 2008.

Manila is an easy-to-use tool for teachers to put content on the web for their peers, students, parents, and the community to see and access.  Editing your web page can be done from anywhere that you have Internet access. Manila uses a WYSIWYG editor (what you see is what you get), i.e. if you can use a word processor, you can use Manila.

ESU 10 has many workshops available throughout the year to help you polish your Manila skills.  Check the Workshop section in ODIE for upcoming dates for Manila 1, Manila 2, and Manila Workdays.

The Manila agenda will give you an idea of what is covered during the Manila 1 & 2 workshops as well as many resource links used during the training. You can also access it as well as the Manila Handout at http://nis.esu10.org/teachers/training.

For Manila tips and tricks, visit the Manila Support site

Also available from the Manila Training and Support Team, a Manila Wiki that you can learn from and contribute to.

Getting your own Manila page started is easy.  Contact Stacy Peters at (308)865-5664 ext. 232.
