There is a feature built-in to Manila that let you use a form to send mail to a site member. Here is an example to send a message to Jason.

To find the URL to point to, access your Profile. Your Profile can be found by accessing your site and adding "/profiles/" to the site address. For example: http://teachers.esu10.org/mySite/profiles/

You will see a screen similar to this:

If you click on the envelope, it will bring up the form to send you an email message. Copy and paste the URL from the address bar. You can then use this as you edit your story and add a hyperlink to your text. See example below.
